Wolfmother Set Out
On 3 Continent Tour Wolfmother is a band that could
have provided the soundtrack for Richard
Linklater's movie Dazed and Confused.
I swear I'm not making this up. They can
sound like 70's stoner rock in a completely
2006 kind of way - it actually sound kind
of fresh and straightforward in comparison
to todays music, with winding keyboards
and straight-forward guitar riffs that
would rival any Billy Squier song out
there.
But why believe
me when you can check them out yourself?
They've started playing dates in their
native Australia before some stateside
dates in February, then its off to the
U.K. for a spot of tea and some more dates.
It's all very good, innit?
