Snowden Announce Album Details For Jade Tree Release
By: Spacelab Research Staff Snowden has announced the details for their upcoming full-length album on Jade Tree Records. Anti-Anti will be released on CD on August 22nd, produced by Jordan Jeffares and Erik Wofford (Octopus Project, The Black Angels). It was recorded at Cacophony Recorders in Austin, TX.
Snowden is from Alanta, Georgia, where they've been shaping up songs originally started by band leader Jordan Jeffares. He wrote the music when he lived in Athens, and later hit the big city to find some like-minded musicians and formed Snowden. After a number of trips to New York, they started playing shows with Arcade Fire and Xiu Xiu. Eventually Jade Tree Records signed the band.
