Australia's Wolf and Cub Finish Recording for 4AD in Scotland
By: Spacelab Research Staff
Lo-fi noisemakers Wolf and Cub have finished recording and mixing their debut album. It's due out later this year on 4AD Records and DotDash for Australia/New Zealand. They have not announced a track list or album title yet.
They worked with Tony Doogan (Mogwai, Super Fury Animals, Dirty Pretty Things) on the mixing at Tony’s Castle of Doom studio in Glasgow, Scotland.
The band achieved some international status with their single Steal Your Gold, which brought their attention to 4AD. Now they'll be putting their album out around the globe and playing the CMJ festival in New York later this year.
The band hails from Adelaide, Australia, and has toured with The Futureheads, Queens Of The Stone Age.
