By: Spacelab Research Staff Low continues down its path of exploration with producer Dave Fridmann on Drums and Guns. The album sees and hears a further extension of the band's sound, this time with drum machines, loop-based sequences, and a genuine sense of experimentation on top of their now patented songwriting style.
Check out the song Breaker with its droning keyboards and slow build in the Galaxy Media Player above. It sounds as fresh as Monkey did when it came out on 2005's The Great Destroyer. It's dark, it's sparse, and it's definitely go that Low vibe. But it's different.
They'll be out on the road in the US, then Europe, then back in the US again in April, May and June touring in support of Drums and Guns.
