Spain's Sonar Festival is a mashup of music, film, and video, presented as an experimental and multimedia festival. It's a largely electronic and eclectic set of musicians and artists that converge on Barcelona, Spain to watch, listen, and freak on the new media explosion.
The 2007 Sonar Festival will take place on June 14th-16th, and it includes some great names, some of the best electronic and experimental acts in the world. Check out this small sampling and then figure out how to get to Spain right away: Radio Slave, Cornelius, Beastie Boys, Marla Rodriguez, Justice, Devo, Junior Boys, and the list goes on...
