Eric Avery of Jane's Addiction Signs To Dangerbird

Remember Jane's Addiction? Sure, we all do. The LA-based gothic new romantic metal-indie rock hybrid band that helped usher in new sounds in the nineties when Michael Jackson reigned supreme in the public consciousness for things that didn't involve children. THAT Jane's Addiction.
They had a bass player named Eric Avery. He was good, but the band broke apart, and Eric stepped out of the band's reformation. He's back now, not with Jane's, but with an album gig with Dangerbird Records in Los Angeles.
He'll release an album titled Help Wanted in the Fall, and the name turns out to be true to album form as he enlists the help of Shirley Manson (Garbage), Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters), and Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers) to help out.
