Oh where we could go with the Maps/North America metaphor. Let's skip that get down to SERIOUS BUSINESS.
James Chapman, a.k.a. Maps has signed to Mute North America to release the new album We Can Create on June 19th. Perhaps more interesting is that the music was made by using old school analogue tools like a 16 track recorder. Then he brought in Valgeir Sigurdsson (Bjork) to co-produce the album and Ken Thomas (Sigur Ros) to do the mixing.
