Maybe the new Portishead album is closer to being done than was originally thought: they've just been tapped to curate the All Tomorrow's Parties Nightmare Before Christmas gig in December.
The gang of three from Bristol will be choosing everything from the festival line up to the TV programming that happens on the closed-circuit TV in the on-site chalets. There's around 50 bands to be named as of yet, so Portishead has a lot of deciding to do.
All Tomorrow's Parties happens in Butlins Holiday Camp Minehead, Somerset, UK.
