Shortly after announcing plans to go mobile by selling music over mobile phones comes the news the eMusic has now passed the 150 million mark of sold songs.
Arguably the number two music store (unproven, but widely believed when compared to Rhapsody) behind iTunes, eMusic seems ready to open up the floodgate and become a huge and permanent music store. They just hit the 100 million mark late last year, so the next 50 million have come at a pace faster than ever before.
