Even though there's been flooding at the site, the Reading Festival is set to happen this weekend despite the fact that some parts of the grounds are still underwater.
They've been pumping the excess water at a rate of 'thousands of gallons an hour,' and will go ahead with the festival considering most of the site isn't flooded.
"I'd guess about 25 per cent of the campsite is under water and before long someone will say the festival in danger, so I just wanted to say that the festival will definitely take place," festival organizer Melvin Benn recently told NME in an interview.
Reading is part of the Carling Weekend which also includes the Leeds Festival. Bands alternate on schedules playing both festivals on opposite days.
What's next in the age of global warming? The water festival! Bring your boat, raft, or intertube and visit a series of stages floating on the water!
