Imaad Wasif and Two Part Beast:
It's A Three-way Musical Love

By: Spacelab Research Staff

Back in 2006, Imaad Wasif was playing music in California and the west coast in support of his solo release, titled The Sound the Hare Heard. Little did we know that all the while he was scheming and plotting and writing. Writing the songs that would later come out in the form of his new musical hybrid - Imaad Wasif with Two Part Beast.

No matter how many parts there are, it's all working as a well-oiled machine of sonic dischord and unstable pop-folk songs as Imaad joins up with Bobb Bruno on bass and keyboards and Adam Garcia on drums. They're releasing Strange Hexes on March 18th as a self-released album via Insound. They worked at BFW Studios in Los Angeles with producer Tom Biller to complete the album.

in the meantime he's offered the track Oceanic from the new album as a free MP3 to get us all going. There's also a full album stream to try before you buy at his web site.
