Death Cab for Cutie have revealed new tour dates for their upcoming set of shows starting later this month. They've added dates in May in Providence, Boston, Bend and Morrison as well as new shows in June for Columbia, Clevelenad, and Grand Prarie.
They'll be playing shows with the likes of Rogue Wave, The Cave Singers, Tegan and Sara and Amanda Palmer depending on location.
They've also recently revealed the artwork for their new album Narrow States.
Chris Walla has called the album completely finished, saying "'Narrow Stairs' is done, and somehow, not done: There are more 'i's to dot than in an Apple ad."
The album comes out on May 13th via Atlantic. Barsuk Records is handling the vinyl release.
Chris went on to say "Really, though, what I'm looking forward to is music. I hear it's great. I want to be on a stage and crank up an amp to the point that makes Will freak out behind the console (that's louder than Mom would allow, just for reference). There's little detail to be had in such a situation. It's rock music, and if that's complicated, then something's wrong."
