My Bloody Valentine has announced a small set of U.S. shows for later this Summer, with dates that include New York, Toronto, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
There's no confirmation on whether ths is all of the U.S. shows (barring festival dates). The shows will happen in September and October.
The shows this year will be the first time that My Bloody Valentine has played U.S. shows since 1992.
As if that's not enough for you, Pitchfork is reporting that they've confirmed that My Bloody Valenting will indeed reissue not only the classic Loveless album, but also Isn't Anything.
"While the Isn't Anything remaster spans only one disc, the Loveless one comes as a double-disc: the first disc remastered from both DAT (digital audio tape) and analogue tape, and the second remastered from just analogue tape. No needless bonus cuts or anything, just two gems in all their pristine, self-contained glory," reads the report from Pitchfork.
