A schedule has been released in the countdown to the 2008 Bonnaroo Festival (June 12th-15th, for those of you scoring at home).
It presents the always welcome quandry for festival goers: how are you going to watch every act you want to when there are overlapping performance times? Tegan and Sara or Minus the Bear? Broken Social Scene or Death Cab For Cutie? Rilo Kiley or M.I.A.? Pearl Jam seems to have negotiated a set time in which not a SINGLE OTHER STAGE OR TENT HAS ANYTHING GOING AT ALL. Power.
The good news is that set times can run until 4 in the morning, allowing the creatures of the night to stay out and see more music, instead of shutting down at midnight. Sigur Ros play from 1:00 - 3:00 am ... could you imagine them playing at sunrise? It could possibly have given Jimi Hendrix' Star Spangled Banner at Woodstock a run for its money.
Also, if you can't make it to this year's Bonnaroo, there's a webcast going on with AT&T's Blue Room, the people who brought you the Coachella webcast.
