We're literally freaking out that after the dreary prospect of returning to work after a long 4th of July weekend that there will be solace in the form of the Liars Freak Out EP. It hit the U.K iTunes last week, but comes stateside on July 8th to hit our digital shores.

It features the album version of Freak Out, alongside a live version of Clear Island and the Karen O (of the Yeah Yeah Yeah's, but you already knew that)-directed video for We Fenced Other Gardens With The Bones Of Our Own. Three other videos will be included (see track list below) and a magical PDF that unfolds to show a hologram of Liars performing in your living room. OK, that last part about the PDF is totally made up, but how cool would that be if it could happen? Note to Steve Jobs: this could be the future of Apple.

If you haven't heard it yet, The Liars contributed to Sterogum's tribute to Bjork's album Post in the form of their own version of Army of Me. You can grab a copy at the link below.
