Always the innovator, Jason Pierce and his Spiritualized crew have launched a new web installation that uses sight and sound to let you experience Spiritualized like never before. It's called Harmonies: Past & Present. The web will never be the same again.

It starts with an on-screen alert that says "Turn down the lights, turn up the volume and turn off your pop-upblocker." Once you've done all of that, you get a new Spiritualized web experience that will play back various Spiritualized tracks of your choosing with a technicolor display of light to go with the music.

It's like video wall paper ... the kind of thing you can turn on and use like your stereo, or stare at intensely until your eyes bug out.
