Drone, Reverb, and Feedback: Darker My Love

By: Spacelab Research Staff

Radiating out of the Los Angeles scene, Darker My Love have been playing alongside bands like The Warlocks, The Kills, and even The Dandy Warhols as of late. They have a few constant elements in their sound — drone, reverb, and feedback — but out of nowhere they'll take their sound out on a complete tangent of adrenalin and exhiliration.

They're releasing their new album, 2 (which I'm sure you won't be surprised to find out is the follow up to their debut release, which is due on August 5th via Dangerbird Records.

They recorded the album with roducer Dave Cooley and Engineer Tony Hoffer at Ocean Way Recording studios in Hollywood.

They've recently released the first video for the album, called Two Ways Out. You can view it at the link below.
