For those of us who couldn't make it to the Arctic Monkeys gig at the Appollo in Manchester last year comes a DVD and film screening of the show. Titled Arctic Monkeys at the Appollo, it highlights the band's last show of a world tour.
The piece is the result of a collaboration between Warp Films, Domino Records, Bang Bang Films and the band.
The theater night is October 14th, in which the film will play in independent cinemas across the UK, complete with a personal intruduction by the band.
It was directed by Richard Ayoade (Darkplace, The I.T. Crowd, The Mighty Boosh), who also directed the Arctic Monkeys' Fluorescent Adolescent video. The producer was Diarmid Scrimshaw.
Arctic Monkeys at the Apollo will be released on November 3rd.
