Facebook Faces the Inevetiable: Music

By: Spacelab Research Staff

After facing accusations of massive copyright infringement last year for Facebook's Audio plug-in, Facebook has done an about face and started negotiating to bring music back to Facebook.

Wanting to compete in the social networking sphere with MySpace Music, Face book is talking to Rhapsody.com, iMeem.com, iLike.com, and Lala.com about ways to work together to let Facebook users include songs in their profiles.

The news was broke by by the New York Post, who said that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was exploring a deal with the sites mentioned above as well as major recording labels.
