Maybe it's a sign of the times ... Elvis Costello has made a return to roots on his upcoming album by going acoustic and recording in Nashville with producer by T Bone Burnett.
Secret, Profane & Sugarcane will be released on June 2nd via Starbucks' Hear Music label. Now you can have your coffee and drink it too, all while listening to Elvis Costello. Only in America ... I mean Americana.
The album was recorded over a three day session at Sound Emporium Studio. The vinyl version will contain two extra tracks: Femme Fatale by Lou Reed and What Lewis Did Last.
