Dirty Projectors Get High Profile Gigs

By: Spacelab Research Staff

Dirty Projectors are landing some good gigs this year, including a recent performance at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. Now comes the announcement that not only will they open for TV On the Radio, but they'll also play a gig with her majesty Björk.

They've also added now members to the band, rounding out the lineup to a healthy six. The gigs with TV On the Radio will help support their upcoming release, Bitte Orca.

The Björk gig is a benefit at Housing Works Bookstore as part of Housing Works' "Live From Home" series. Good cause, good music, good times.
