Another Memorial Day weekend festival, Movement (a.k.a. the Detroit Electronic Music Festival) has named its initial line up for 2009, including names like Carl Cox, Derrick May, Flying Lotus, Francois K, Afrika Bambaataa, and RJD2. Check out the festival overview for a complete line up.

The gathering is still considered to be one true to its roots and the
history of electronic music in Detroit, widely considered to be the the
birthplace of techno.
