DIY do it yourselfers Metric are taking their self-produced, self-managed gig on the road this Fall.
"The songs I wrote here were the simplest and clearest writing that I've done, I think in my life," said singer Emily Haines in a video interview. She took a simplified and genuine approach to writing the songs for Fantasies, the band's latest album.
The band will head down the east coast before moving into Georgia and Texas.
