Xiu Xiu for you, in the new year. There's a new album titled Dear God, I Hate Myself due on February 23rd, 2010. It will be released on Kill Rock Stars. It will be their seventh full-length release and is being produced by Greg Saunier of Deerhoof.

The album will be available on CD, vinyl LP, vinyl deluxe LP, and download.

Earlier this year, Xiu Xiu and Parenthetical Girls released a split 7" single of The Smiths and Morrissey covers -- "Handsome Devil" by Parenthetical Girls and "I Am Hated for Loving" by Xiu Xiu.
