Norwegian band Serena Maneesh have signed in with the 4AD label for the release of their second album. It will be the follow up to their self-titled debut album that was released to critical acclaim in 2005. That album was released on HoneyMilk.

Serena  Maneesh have garnered comparisons to shoegaze, My Bloody Valentine, The Dandy Warhols, The Velvet Underground, and noise pop.

The band will release the new album in March of next year. 4AD will announce more information on this at a later time.

They'll be touring, mostly in Europe, but will also play two dates in New York in January.
