The San Francisco-based Noise Pop Music Festival has named The Ghost of a Saber Toothed Tiger, If by Yes, and Dizzy Balloon to round out its 2010 festival line up.

The Ghost Of A Sabre Toothed Tiger will match Sean Lennon and Charlotte Kemp Muhl with Cornelius.

The film festival lineup has been announced as well. Noise Pop runs from February 23 - March 1, and tickets are on sale now.
