Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth will be working with Yoko Ono this year on side project that will include a full length album.

"Kim and I will be recording a trio LP w/ Yoko this year, with blindfolds" he said in a posting on his blog.

Thurston and Kim recently performed with Yoko in her reformation of the Plastic Ono Band, in a performance earlier this month at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. The band also includes Cornelius and Yuka Honda (Cibo Matto). They'll be performing this week at San Francisco's Noise Pop Music Festival.
