Minus the Bear have signed on the Dangerbird Records for the release of their new album Omni on May 4th. The band had previously released albums on Suicide Squeeze.

It will be their fifth album and the follow up to 2007's Planet of Ice. They'll also go on a 6-week North American tour. They've already scheduled stops at the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas and the Sasquatch! Festival in Washington.
