The Dead Weather have announced the title of their new album: Sea Of Cowards. It's due out on May 11th, as reported by Twenty-Four Bit.

At the end of last year, Allison Mosshart said that The Dead Weather were wrapping work on a new album of material. This year started out with the first new offering from those sessions, with a 7" single of the songs "No Horse" and "Jawbreaker."

You'll need to be part of the Third Man Records Vault subscription service to get it though, as they're part of an ongoing special delivery service from the label.

Jack White also recently said he's been working with Jay-Z.

The Dead Weather are hitting the road for a self-styled 13 gig tour of the U.S. this April, starting with Coachella  and ending up at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Check out the live experience here and here.
