The latest installment of Beck's record club is an interesting one, in both participants and choice of music. They're covering Kick by INXS in its entirety. It's no laughing matter.

Check out the reinterpretation of Guns In The Sky with Angus from the Liars on vocals. It's a rythmically lurching version, with a range of electronic whooshes and a slight bit of angst mixed in.

They did the whole thing in about 12 hours in Beck's studio. Check out a video of the session.

It included Liars, Annie Clark and Daniel Hart from St Vincent, Sergio Dias from legendary Brazilian band Os Mutantes and Brian Lebarton.
