The Big Chill festival is making a line up announcement and putting tickets on sale on Wednesday, March 31st. Acts rumored to be at this year's event include Friendly Fires and the Latin Dub Soundsystem.

The Big Chill festival has outdoor bars and stages with live music, DJs, VJs, A/V acts, comedy, dance, art installations and more. Musical styles include dance and electronic, alternative/indie and of course, chill. This year will be the 15th anniversary of the festival.

Maybe anti-festival is the better descriptive word here. The Big Chill has a focus on the chill aspect, striving to make a festival that lets people have fun instead of causing angst around the amenities and offerings.
