Matador Records, the all-American independent label, is celebrating 21 years of being in business this Fall with a get together titled Matador at 21. Where does the all-American label go for such an event? Las Vegas, of course. It's more American than apple pie and wars of choice.

The details are scant right now, but Matador has posted this ominous page at their site with the news that they're working with promoters Goldenvoice (who just brought us Coachella) and FYF Fest.

Matador at 21 will happen October 1st - 3rd.
