Thom Yorke, Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions, Metronomy, Natty, Bristol HiFi and Tinariwen have been added to the 2010 lineup of the Big Chill festival.

Thom Yorke will be performing solo, as he did during the tour to support his "Eraser" release a few years ago. Hope Sandoval and the Warm Inventions is a group that includes Hope Sandoval of Mazzy Star and Colm O Closoig from My Bloody Valentine.

They'll join previously announced acts M.I.A., Massive Attack, and Roots Manuva at The Big Chill.

Tickets are available here.

The Big Chill festival has outdoor bars and stages with live music, DJs, VJs, A/V acts, comedy, dance, art installations and more. Musical styles include dance and electronic, alternative/indie and of course, chill. This year will be the 15th anniversary of the festival.

Maybe anti-festival is the better descriptive word here. The Big Chill has a focus on the chill aspect, striving to make a festival that lets people have fun instead of causing angst around the amenities and offerings.

The Big Chill happens on August 5th - 8th in Eastnor Castle Deer Park in Herefordshire. Check out the Spacelab Festival Guide for more information on The Big Chill.
