Taking a more passive approach to music listening, Jarvis Cocker has teamed up with The National Trust to create a sort of musical wallpaper. Rather than use instruments, they've opted for found sounds from live nature recordings. The result is an outdoor soundtrack.
"It's not really meant to be listened to intently, like a piece of music, but more as something to have on in the background to aid relaxation," said Jarvis Cocker when speaking to the BBC.
The album is titled Time To Think and sounds include birdsongs, old house noises, a music box, clocks chiming and a game of billiards. It's available for free now.
