The SXSW 2011 Lineup has thrown a second batch of names at the wall for us to see who'll converge on Austin, Texas next year. The lineup includes some people you know, as well as some that will start to become bigger as 2011 progresses.

Le Sera, DeVotchka, Maps & Atlases, Prince Rama and Turbo Fruits were among the names added to the South by Southwest lineup.

The South by Southwest Music Festival 2011 takes place in Austin, Texas on March 16-20. The entire SXSW experience will go from March 11th-20th, and includes SXSW Interactive and SXSW Film.

After crowdsourcing ideas from their audience, consulting with the board (the Advisory Board) and narrowing down the list, the 2011 SXSW music gathering has also named its initial lineup of panels and speakers. With titles like "Are Metalheads Smart Enough to Be Online?" and "Super Fans as a Marketing Force Amplifier," it sounds like a good start to SXSW.

The South by Southwest Music Festival has becoming a place where semi-established bands play to get exposure in a more crowded, more conservative music industry. There will also be the bands we've never heard of, some of which will break out at SXSW in 2011.
