All Tomorrow's Parties has announced a new festival named "I'll Be Your Mirror," a festival set to rotate locations. The first incarnation will be in Tokyo, Japan on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011. It will eventually take place in cities worldwide and that includes a U.K. version on  July 23 - 24 at Alexandra Palace in London.

So far we've learned the U.K.-based version will be curated by Portishead (who'll headline both nights) and include Grinderman, Swans, Beach House, Liars and more. Tickets are on sale now.

ATP's I'll Be Your Mirror takes cues on its name from the song of the same name by the Velvet Underground, which not-so-coincidentally is the flip-side of the song "All Tomorrow's Parties."
