All Tomorrow's Parties has announced a new festival named "I'll Be Your Mirror," a festival set to rotate locations. The first incarnation will be in Tokyo, Japan on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011. It will eventually take place in cities worldwide and that includes a U.K. version on July 23 - 24 at Alexandra Palace in London.
So far we've learned the U.K.-based version will be curated by Portishead (who'll headline both nights) and that PJ Harvey, DD/MM/YYYY and S.C.U.M. Have been added to the show. Check out the Festival Guide for a full lineup.
Tickets are on sale now.
ATP's I'll Be Your Mirror takes cues on its name from the song of the same name by the Velvet Underground, which not-so-coincidentally is the flip-side of the song "All Tomorrow's Parties."
