A third I'll Be Your Mirror show has been announced by All Tomorrow's Parties for the weekend of Sep. 30 - Oct. 2, in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Portishead will curate this one, just like the Portishead-curated I'll Be Your Mirror set to take place in the U.K. in July.

The American version will also feature Cults, The Album Leaf, Shellac and Chavez. There's also a special appearance by Jeff Mangum who will do hist first large public show of Neutral Milk Hotel songs in over ten years. Portishead will not only curate, but headline the Saturday and Sunday night shows as well.

The U.S.-based version of I'll Be Your Mirror will take place at the Asbury Park waterfront in New Jersey. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, Jan. 28. Three-day passes are $249, and one day passes fall in to two types -- Friday is $60 while Saturday or Sunday passes are $99.

ATP's I'll Be Your Mirror takes cues on its name from the song of the same name by the Velvet Underground, which not-so-coincidentally is the flip-side of the song "All Tomorrow's Parties."

Check out the Spacelab Festival Guide for more information on All Tomorrow's Parties' I'll Be Your Mirror (USA), as well as video coverage from many festivals.
