Trent Reznor and partner in crime Atticus Ross won the Oscar Award for Best Original Score for The Social Network. It happened at the 83rd annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles.

"Wow. Is this really happening?" Reznor said when receiving the Oscar Award. "When we finished work on The Social Network, we were very proud of our work and happy to just be involved in this film, and to be standing up here in this company is humbling and flattering beyond words."

Reznor also won a Golden Globe award for The Social Network film score, so he can definitely throw another award on the pile with the Oscar.
