The 2011 Glastonbury Festival has announced its complete 2011 line up, ending all the rumors with a giant list of this year's performers. It was previously announced that the Glastonbury headliners are Beyonce, Coldplay and U2.

Other interesting names include The Chemical Brothers, DJ Shadow, Pendulum, Morrissey, Bright Eyes, TV On the Radio, Queens of the Stone Age and more. Check out the complete Glastonbury 2011 lineup at the Spacelab Festival Guide.

Perhaps the biggest Glastonbury news is that the ticket resale happens on Sunday, April 17. Glastonbury tickets details include standard festival tickets for £195 + £5 booking fee, plus Combined Coach and Festival Tickets wil lgo back on sale. This will be a Glastonbury ticket resale, using tickets that were previously reserved and forfeited.

They used the usual Glastonbury Festival ticket buying registration scheme to prevent ticket resellers from buying big blocks of tickets. The scheme lets buyers put down a deposit of £50, with the full balance due in Spring of 2011. The resale tickets are from registered buyers that have forfeited their tickets.

The Glastonbury lineup has hundreds of bands and comedians performing on multiple stages over five days. The Glastonbury Festival is 900 acres of music and art and community in the Vale of Avalon, with mythology and religious traditions that are hundreds of years old. 900 ACRES. That's more than a lot. That's an empire. King Arthur might even be buried there.

The Glastonbury 2011 dates run from June 22 - 26 at Worthy Farm, Pilton, UK.
