Coldplay at the 2011 Lollapalooza. In the videos here, they're performing "Clocks" and what appears to be a new song named "Charlie Brown." I admit I'm not the most conversant person on Coldplay, but web site Pop Dust mentions that this is a song that the band debuted on Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday night. Coldplay were the Saturday night Lollapalooza headliner, and it shows by the size of the audience.
Coldplay also did a small cover version of the song "Rehab" by Amy Winehouse before launching into the song "Fix You."
This is the 20th anniversary of Lollapalooza, and as the video reminds us, the festival has come a long way.
