Radiohead has been release an ongoung series of King of Limbs remixes throughout the Summer, with the understanding that this will lead up to a full remix album release later on. Now Radiohead fan site and arbiter of many good Radiohead leads AtEaseWeb.com has let it be known that there's a title for the Radiohead Remixes in full: "RADIOHEAD TKOL RMX."
The full on Radiohead remix album will have a release date of Sept. 16 and be available on CD, although presumably we'll see a vinyl and download release package as well. What's more interesting is some of the names for Radiohead remix singles that have not been released yet ... names include Modeselektor, SBTRKT and Jamie xx.
Radiohead originally announced a series of 12" vinyl remixes from their album The King of Limbs, starting with the songs "Little By Little" remixed by Caribou and "Lotus Flower" remixed by Jacques Greene. The King of Limbs remix series started their release schedule on July 4th, with the 12” versions available at selected independent record stores, and from www.radiohead.com.
