Avey Tare (Animal Collective) Announces Solo Tour

Animal Collective member Avey Tare (Dave Portner) has just announced plans to do a solo tour this Winter, in support of his solo effort titled Down There, which was was released on Animal Collective's own Paw Tracks label last Fall. In the video interview above, Avey talks about his separation from Kría Brekkan and family struggles he went through in the creation of Down There.
