Alan Palomo has announced a fresh set of 2012 Neon Indian Tour Dates, in support of his album Era Extraña. It's the follow-up to Psychic Chasms, and was recorded and mixed by Dave Fridmann in Helsinki. It has the classic Neon Indian synth-pop and new wave influences while emerging from the overdone "chillwave" tag.
The Neon Indian tour is the second leg of what he started last year, includes shows with Purity Ring from Mar. 8 -21 and makes stops in Japan, Australia and North America. "Hello friends! Every ticket has lower service fees than you'll find anywhere else and comes with a tour laminate that will get you a 10% discount at the merch booth at any show on this tour," reads the announcement at the Neon Indian web site.
