British post-punks Wire are releasing a live show recording titled Black Session, Paris, which captures the band's patented tight and energetic live show from a show earlier this year. Black Session, Paris has a release date of February of next year, and was previously available from Wire during their Fall tour. Black Session was named after a series of Radio France broadcasts by Bernard Lenoir. "The Black Session – Paris 10 May 2011 was recorded at Radio France’s Paris studios in May 2011, with Wire performing in front of an invited — and enthusiastic — audience. The album captures the band in razor-sharp form, tightly honed after months of touring," reads the announcement.
