The ultimate snow utopia ... Vail Valley in Colorado, is playing host to the second annual Snowball Festival. It's a U.S.-based mirror image of the Snowbombing Festival in Europe. You can ski during the day and see great music at night. They've announced more acts for 2012 Snowball Music Festival lineup, and you can check out a complete list in the Spacelab Festival Guide. New Snowball Festival lineup additions include Snoop Dogg, The Kooks, Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr, Gardens & Villa, Ghostland Observatory, Pictureplane, Dada Life, Mimosa, Princeton and DallasK. Snowball Festival dates are March 2 - 4, 2012.
As for Snowball Festival tickets ... there's good news and bad news. To get the bad news out of the way quickly and deftly: all of the good packages for Snowball tickets combined with lodging are SOLD OUT. The good news: There are still three day tickets going for $149.50 - $159.50 and VIP tickets for $249.50 - $299.50. MOVE FAST.
