| Warp Records has announced a new album from post-rock / shoegaze act Gravenhurst with The Ghost in the Daylight Apr. 30. It's the sixth album from Gravenhurst and the follow up to The Western Lands. Check out the song "The Prize" off of the upcoming album. The song has nice build to it, releasing the energy at the end with an eloquent ending. "Gravenhurst is the work of songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Nick Talbot from Bristol, England. The Ghost In Daylight is his most sonically diverse work yet, with starkly acoustic songs resting alongside densely layered pieces constructed from mellotrons, optigans and antique synthesizers," reads the announcement from Warp.
