| Dntel has a new album called Aimlessness the Spring (release date June 5) on Pampa Records. It's the first proper new Dntel (a.k.a. Jimmy Tamborello, of Jimmy Tamborello fame as well as his more well known collaborations Figurine and The Postal Service with Ben Gibbard) album since Dumb Luck in 2007. "Bright Night" is the first full-on song released from the album, and it's an almost new school jazzy take on electronic music. It has plenty of blips and stop-and-start action, but with a layer of something more energetic and sophisticated on top of it.
