Domino Records is getting into the monthly subsciption game with a new service called Domino Drip. It sounds like a great way to get unexpected new album releases from bands you might have overlooked, as well as Domino bands that you already like. Here's what you get for $10 a month: two full-length albums and "bonus material," plus assorted extra things like discounts on vinyl. The twoo full-length albums migh be new or "archived" albums, and might be from Domino label offshoots like Weird World, Double Six and Ribbon. They'll all be available as WAV or MP3 files. This looks to be true not just for Domino Records USA, but the European label as well, so you count on a global variety in what they provide. They even have incentives if you join in June, check out more at https://drip.fm/domino
"We’re now launching Domino Drip, a membership scheme to connect fans of the label directly to the artists we work with by delivering new releases and exclusive material straight to their inbox. Every month we compile a bundle of two of our most exciting albums, plus bonus material for you to download. At least one of these is guaranteed to be a brand new album and from time to time we’ll also include a classic from our archive," reads the announcement from Domino Records.
