VIDEO: Dan Deacon - “True Thrush”

Dan Deacon has released his new video for the song "True Thrush" today, which is from his album America. "True Thrush" is being called Dan Deacon's anthemic, fist-pumping Summer jam, and America's real, honest-to-god single. 21st CENTURY HIT MUSIC." It was co-directed by Ben O'Brien and Dan Deacon. As for how the video was created, they said "For the video, Dan and Ben filmed a simple 13-second scene. That scene was then shown to the next team. After seeing the video that team had 1 hour to recreate it -- characters, props, set, costumes, and actions -- as close to exactly as possible from only their memory." America from Dan Deacon arrives on Aug. 27/28 via Domino Records.
